My friend Jesse raves about it; Mom had heard about it and decided we'd give it a try. And as far as the weight reduction goes, thank you. :-) I'm actually a lot heavier than I was in high school... I'm hardly the thin guy I was back then. My final goal isn't even to get back to that size. As long as I can get back to my college size, I'll be a happy camper. :-) Yep!
