Well, right now I’m sitting at the barber shop waiting to get my hair cut. It’s hard to believe I’ve been coming to the same barber shop for around 25 years, and had the same barber for most of that time. I swear, I’ll be lost if I ever move or something happens to force me to go to a new barber.. Heh.
It’s actually been a rather uneventful past week and a half or so. About the main highlights have been going to a poker tournament at my coworker Lance’s house last Friday, and being invited to Merrie’s New Year’s party and Sean MC’s Festivus party. The poker tournament was fun, though I admittedly was third eliminated out of twelve. After six people were eliminated, we started a Losers’ Tournament with a $20 buyin and a chance to buy back in once for $20. I ended up being only one of two who didn’t buy back in, and I won. Walking away with $90 profit sure made my day…
Funny enough, I’m now in David’s apartment. During the last paragraph, I was called to the chair, and have been on the go ever since. We met Louie for lunch, and are now hanging out before we go to Baker St. For drinks and dinner. Ah, well…
